A grand day out in Whitley Bay

A couple all dressed up for a trip to the seaside at Whitley Bay, popping into a photographers studio to capture a memory of the day.
Standing behind a backdrop of a new addition to the skyline, a plane, with the headland of Tynemouth and the River Tyne.
On holiday or visiting, courting or married?
But the trip was important to spend money on a visual record with the simple hand written note saying "Taken in Whitley Bay"
