This is a lovely clear cop of a map showing the River Tyne estuary down to the docks in the period of 1860's. It looks like a page from an old book that has been broken down for it's prints.
Full of detail of old place names landmarks before the areas development in the coming few years. Map was drawn and engraved by JM Bartholomew Edinburgh.
The map measures 9 x 5 inches and is archival mounted to fit a standard 16 x 12 inch frame.
